99% of problems can be resolved quickly, but we are happy to issue refunds if it can not be fixed.
So far, we have not come across a single device problem that has not been resolved within a day.Leaving 1 star reviews and getting automatic refunds for easily solved problems does not help anyone, so wed like to encourage users to report issues first.

"This is similar to Lords of Chaos, in all good ways. It's well thought out, it dispenses with micro managing too much, so you can concentrate on playing (and enjoying). It makes you think, and yet it gives you more than one way to do things within a scenario, and to complete it, which neatly sidesteps the fault of "play this way or fail", which kills fun. You don't have to buy things to get anywhere, it doesn't crash, eat your battery or ask for needless permissions. Win. This is good fun."
